Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd and Xinjiang Water Saving Irrigation Co., Ltd whose holding co***ny is Tianye group listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1997 and Hongkong Stock Exchange in 2006 Feb. respectively.
Covering a wide range of field, such as plastic products, efficient irrigation equipments, chemical product, calcium carbide, foodstuffs, thermoelectricity, mining, building materials, foreign trade, construction and real estate. By the end of 2008, total asset of Tianye Group is 15 billion Yuan RMB, industrial sales revenue 6.7 billion£¬benefits and tax 1.2 billion, and the increasing rate of all management index is 40 percent or so consecutive years.
Products produced by the group: agricultural mulch film, Efficient irrigation equipments, PVC pipe, PVC resin, caustic soda have win a title of Xinjiang famous brand, among them, caustic soda was approved as the inspection-free product by state, Tianye PVC resin was regarded as the famous brand of China in 2007. Brand ¡°Tianye¡± was choose as the famous brand of Xinjiang province and Tianye Co***ny is in the list of top 500 manufacturer of China for consecutive years.
In June 2008, 400,000 tons of PVC resin project was put into production, which was the first stage of 1.2 million tons of PVC resin united chemical project of Tianye group, a great number of advanced innovation, energy-saving and discharge-reducing technology internationally and domestically were adopted. At present, with annual production capacity of PVC resin 700,000 tons, ionic membrane caustic soda 600,000 tons, Calcium carbide 1 million tons, carbide slag-process new-type dry-process cement 1.2 million tons and thermoelectricity 800,000 KW, ranking first among chlor-alkali industry in China and regarded as the glorified example of developing circular economy and science and technology innovation.
